The takeaway: Tactacam products are renowned for their quality. But what happens in those rare cases when there is an issue? Get to know the Tactacam warranty.

Tactacam REVEAL cameras and accessories are rock solid workhorses ready to tackle anything you can throw at it. Occasionally, however, issues do arise. In those cases, the Tactacam warranty comes into play.

What Is the Tactacam Warranty?

Tactacam products purchased from the REVEAL web store or through authorized dealers are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the customer receiving the product.

What Does the Tactacam Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship including but not limited to:

• Defective buttons

• Cracked/chipped glass lenses

• Broken SD card spring mechanisms

• Broken USB ports

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Tactacam will repair or replace the defective part or product at the company’s discretion.

What Does the Tactacam Warranty Not Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product. It excludes damage caused by people or animals, including but not limited to: antenna, strap, fresnel lens, glass lens, or camera housing. If damage is caused to the camera by the owner or animal, contact customer support for repair options to retain warranty coverage.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are also not covered under the warranty.

How to Use the Tactacam Warranty

If you believe that your Tactacam camera or accessory is defective and covered by warranty, contact Tactacam customer support and describe the issue.

Upon approval, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Print that, place it inside the package of the product to be returned, and send everything as directed to:
