These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Reveal by Tactacam Hunter's Education Giveaway ("Giveaway") organized by REVEAL Holdco LLC dba Tactacam ("Company"). By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all respects.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility

  1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, Florida, and New York.

  2. Participants must be 18 years or older. Individuals between the ages of 14-17 may enter with parental consent. No one under 14 is permitted to enter.

  3. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible. 

 

Entry Period

The Giveaway runs from October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. 

 

How to Enter

  1. Complete a Kalkomey Hunter's Education Program course.

  2. Register to win a free REVEAL trail camera on our Giveaway landing page and include your course completion information.

  3. Winners are drawn at random in January 2026 - the first 100 names drawn from the pool of eligible entries will be awarded cameras. 

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Participants may also enter by mailing a letter or postcard to the Sponsor at the address below with the subject line: "Reveal by Tactacam Hunter's Education Giveaway" and include name, address, phone number, and email. Odds of winning are the same for either method. 

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Giveaway period. Additional entries are void.

 

Prizes

  1. 100 Reveal Cameras will be awarded total during the Giveaway period (October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025).

  2. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $149.99 each.

  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

  4. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 

 

Winner Selection and Notification

  1. Winners are drawn at random - the first 100 names drawn from the pool of eligible entries will be awarded cameras.

  2. Winners will be notified by email.

  3. Winners must confirm eligibility and provide valid shipping details within 5 business days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited. 

Verification

The Company reserves the right to require proof of age, residency, and course completion. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

 

Publicity

By entering, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and participation details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

 

Taxes and Fees

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the receipt of the prize.

 

General Conditions

  1. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Company and affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.

  2. The Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including technical or administrative issues.

 

Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Delaware. All disputes must be resolved individually in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware, and participants waive any rights to class actions.

REVEAL SHOOT OR PASS™ CONTEST AND SWEEPSTAKES (the “Contest”, “Sweepstakes”, or “Giveaway”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHOOT OR PASS™ is an interactive in-app game where users can upload Reveal camera pictures and other users can vote “Shoot” or “Pass”. A leaderboard is kept of individuals who have received the most amount of “shoot” votes. There will be five total campaigns broken out into (1) Preseason, (2) Early Season, (3) Pre-Rut, (4) Rut, and (5) Late Season (each, a “Season”). For the Preseason and Early Season campaigns, participants may upload one photo per day to the REVEAL app (“Shoot or Pass” under menu) for the duration of each campaign. For the remaining campaigns, participants may upload one photo per campaign. The winners of prizes for each Season shall be based upon “Shoot” votes received by each Entrant during that Season. “Shoot” votes will be based upon voters’ preferences, photography creativity, uniqueness, subject matter, and similar artistic criteria. Winners shall be chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents in the United States, excluding those of Rhode Island, Florida, and New York. Must be 18 years or older.
  2. Entry Period: Specified in post or link.
  3. How to Enter: Upload your favorite hunting photo to Reveal’s SHOOT OR PASS™ app. You may also enter by sending a letter or postcard.  Entries begin at 12:01 a.m. EST on the first day of each campaign and close at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each campaign, as further described in each Season description.
  4. Campaign Prize Winner: As described in these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Grand Prize Selection: The winner will be chosen at random through a drawing.
  6. Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message from our SHOOT OR PASS™  Instagram or Facebook account. We will also post winners at www.tactacam.com.
  7. Verification: The winner will confirm their identity by responding to the email sent to the email associated with winner’s account.
  8. Publicity: The winner will be announced publicly on our REVEAL™ Instagram and/or Facebook page if consent is provided to do so.
  9. Taxes and Fees: The winner is responsible for purchasing any applicable data plans for cellular cameras.
  10. Rules Changes: Tactacam, LLC has the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
  11. Liability: Tactacam, LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to participation in the giveaway.
  12. Governing Law: This giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States of America.
  13. Sponsor: Tactacam, LLC is responsible for organizing, sponsoring, and administering the giveaway.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHOOT OR PASS™ CONTEST

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the SHOOT OR PASS™ Contest Giveaway ("Giveaway") organized by Tactacam, LLC ("Company"). By participating in the Giveaway, participants ("you" or "participants") agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all respects.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States of America, excluding those of Rhode Island, Florida, and New York, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, except those of Alabama and Nebraska, who are at least 19 years old, and of Mississippi, who are at least 21, at the time of entry.

 

2.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

3. Entry Period for Each Season

Entries begin at 12:01 a.m. EST on the first day of each campaign and close at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each campaign. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

Preseason: July 17th – August 31st
Early Season: Sept 1st – Sept 30th
Pre-Rut: Oct 1st – Oct 31st
Rut: Nov 1st – Nov 30th
Late Season: Dec 1st – Dec 31st

 

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow TACTACAM, and follow other specified rules provided herein.

 

4.2 Enter by uploading a photo via the REVEAL app under "shoot or pass", located under the menu section. Limit of 1 entry per day, per person during the Preseason and Early Season campaigns and for the remaining campaigns, 1 entry per campaign during the Entry Period. Additional entries beyond this limit will be void.

 

4.3 Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Send a letter or postcard to the Sponsor’s address below and specify “SHOOT OR PASS™ Contest Giveaway”. Limit of one letter or postcard during each campaign and for the Grand Prize. No other requirements apply.

 

4.4 The winner(s) will be determined by a count of “Shoot” votes for each entry during each Entry Period. The entrant receiving the most votes will receive first place; the second most votes entrant will receive second place, and so on. Sponsor following the end date of the Contest as further described below and confirmed by direct message through the method or AMOE used to enter the Contest.

 

THE ODDS OF WINNING ARE THE SAME FOR EITHER ENTRY METHOD. YOUR ODDS DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

The winner(s) of the Contest will receive the described prize in giveaway, with retail value spanning depending on giveaway prize. Prizes are awarded "as-is" and without any warranties or guarantees beyond manufacturer's standard warranty. Prize winners shall be responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize.

 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

 

5.3 The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

 

5.4 One (1) winner will be selected and only one (1) prize will be awarded.  The winners consenting to communications through Sponsor’s Instagram or Facebook page will be notified in that manner; in addition winners will be posted at https://www.tactacam.com. In the event that a winner does not claim a prize within three (3) business days of notification, it will be returned to Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the specified date in social media post.

 

A. The Sponsor is not responsible for any kind of printing, technical, or other similar error in the selection process, and the Sponsor shall have the right to cancel all or part of the contest and/or to declare a potential winner ineligible in such situations.

B. The Sponsor has the exclusive power to interpret the rules, and the Sponsor's decisions regarding any and all matters related to the Contest, are final and binding.

 

6.2 The winner(s) will be notified via email associated with their REVEAL account within three (3) days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the notification within three (3) days, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

 

6.3 The winner(s) may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where lawful) as a condition of receiving the prize.

 

6.4 Winners are responsible for any taxes due on a prize received.

 

7. General Conditions

7.1 By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

 

7.2 The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or for any kind of printing, technical, or other similar error in the selection process.

 

7.3 The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Contest at any time prior to the Winner selection, or to terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Company's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

 

8. Disputes

8.1 Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Wilmington, Delaware. ENTRANTS SPECIFICALLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO A CLASS ACTION FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE GIVEAWAY.

 

8.2 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Company in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

 

11.2 The Company’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  3. How to Enter: Email PatchProject@tactacam.com with a harvest photo, your best Whitetail Deer trail camera photo, name, shipping address, and phone number. The first 200 entrants each month will be given a free hat as further described below. There is also an alternative method of entry by email. See details below.
  4. Prize(s): Patch Hat for the month you harvested your Whitetail Deer between September 2025 and December 2025.
  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by rate of submission. (First 200 eligible harvests)
  6. Notification: The winner will be notified by an email response.
  7. Verification: The winner will confirm their identity by emailing us the required info to be submitted as a legit Patch Project Harvest.

These Terms and Conditions “Terms” govern the Reveal by Tactacam Sweepstakes Giveaway “Giveaway” organized by REVEAL “Company”. By participating in the Giveaway, participants “you” or “participants” agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all respects.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States of America, excluding Rhode Island, Florida, and New York, who are the age of majority in the state in which they reside. Individuals between the age of 14 and 17 may enter; however, parental consent and release will be required prior to accepting your entry. No one under the age of 14 is permitted to enter.

 

2.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on the specified start and end date in the post caption or specified link page. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their entry to PatchProject@tactacam.com with the following requirements:

1- Email to PatchProject@tactacam.com must contain a Reveal by Tactacam cell cam photo of an identifiable Whitetail Deer- MUST BE A WHITETAIL DEER;

2- A photo of you with your Deer harvest. If this is not a photo of a Whitetail Deer, your entry will be denied;

3- Email MUST include your name, mailing address, date of birth, and phone number to be an eligible entrant. IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOU MUST SUBMIT A PARENTAL CONSENT AND RELEASE WITH YOUR ENTRY, available at https://www.tactacam.com/appearance-release-minor. 

 

The first 200 eligible entrants that follow “how to enter” rules will receive a Patch Project Hat for the Month you killed your Whitetail Deer in. *Must submit your Whitetail Deer photo before the end of the month you shot your Whitetail Deer in. If the trail cam photo and harvest photo are of you with a Whitetail Deer, you are an eligible entrant. Winners will receive an email back, being notified that they have won. You are responsible for understanding any specific giveaway rules associated with Facebook or Instagram and complying with them.

 

4.2 Limit of 1 entry per month per entrant spanning from September 1, 2025  to December 31, 2025. Each Month entry dates begin on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of each month. Additional entries beyond this limit will be void. 

 

4.3 Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Send a letter or postcard to the Sponsor’s address below and specify “REVEAL BY TACTACAM Patch Project Giveaway”, including your name, address, phone number, and email. No other requirements apply.

 

4.4 By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to and hereby grant Sponsor an unlimited, royalty-free, perpetual license and right to use your name and likeness in any of Sponsor’s marketing, websites, or other communication media.

 

4.5 The winner(s) will be determined by meeting all Patch Project entry requirements and must be one of the first 200 eligible entrants by Reveal by Tactacam following the end date of the giveaway, which is the last day of the month.

5. Prizes

 

5.1 Prizes are one (1) Patch Hat per winner, with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $35. The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will receive the Patch Hat, with retail value spanning depending on the giveaway prize. Prizes are awarded and without any warranties or guarantees beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

 

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

5.4 100 winners will be selected each month for four months, commencing on September 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). The winners consenting to communications through Sponsor’s Email, Instagram, or Facebook page will be notified in that manner; in addition, winners will be posted at https://www.tactacam.com. In the event that a winner does not claim a prize within three (3) business days of notification, it will be returned to Sponsor. Each entrant may win only one prize during the Giveaway Period. A total of 800 hats will be awarded during the Giveaway Period.

6.2 The winner(s) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where lawful) as a condition of receiving the Patch Hat.

7.1 By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability or expenses, arising from all claims, demands, and lawsuits, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the Giveaway, including but not limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won. In addition, you hereby grant to Sponsor the right to use your entry, photograph, likeness, name, and other indicia for any legal purpose, including but not limited to marketing, sales, and promotional purposes.

 

7.2 The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or for any kind of printing, technical, or other similar error in the selection process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “REVEAL BY TACTACAM” GIVEAWAY

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions “Terms” govern the Reveal by Tactacam Sweepstakes Giveaway “Giveaway” organized by REVEAL “Company”. By participating in the Giveaway, participants “you” or “participants” agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all respects. 

 

2. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States of America, excluding Rhode Island, Florida, and New York, who are the age of majority in the state in which they reside. Individuals between the age of 14 and 17 may enter; however, parental consent and release will be required prior to accepting your entry. No one under the age of 14 is permitted to enter.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on the specified start and end date in the post caption or specified link page. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their entry via Tactacam.com. You are responsible for understanding any specific giveaway rules associated with Facebook or Instagram and complying with them.
4.2. Limit of 1 entry per entrant spanning from November 7, 2025 to November 21, 2025. Additional entries beyond this limit will be void. 
4.3. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Send a letter or postcard to the Sponsor’s address below and specify “REVEAL BY TACTACAM November Rut Giveaway: Tactacam & Kuiu Giveaway”, including your name, address, phone number, and email. No other requirements apply. Entry must be received by November 21, 2025. 
4.4. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to and hereby grant Sponsor an unlimited, royalty-free, perpetual license and right to use your name and likeness in any of Sponsor’s marketing, websites, or other communication media.
4.5. The winner(s) will be determined by meeting all entry requirements and will be selected at random.

5. Prizes

with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price $699.76 from Reveal. The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will receive all prizes listed. Prizes are awarded and without any warranties or guarantees beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.


5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5.4. 1 winners will be selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, commencing on November 7, 2025 and ending November 21, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). The winners consenting to communications through Sponsor’s Email, Instagram, or Facebook page will be notified in that manner; in addition, winners will be posted at Home - Tactacam . In the event that a winner does not claim a prize within three (3) business days of notification, it will be returned to Sponsor. Each entrant may win only one prize during the Giveaway Period.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible submissions. 
6.2. The winner(s) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where lawful) as a condition of receiving the Prizes.
6.3. Winners are responsible for any taxes on a prize received.

 

7. Privacy

7.1. By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability or expenses, arising from all claims, demands, and lawsuits, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the Giveaway, including but not limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won. In addition, you hereby grant to Sponsor the right to use your entry, photograph, likeness, name, and other indicia for any legal purpose, including but not limited to marketing, sales, and promotional purposes.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or for any kind of printing, technical, or other similar error in the selection process.
7.3. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Sweepstakes at any time prior to the Winner selection, or to terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Company's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

 

8. Disputes

8.1. Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Wilmington, Delaware.
ENTRANTS SPECIFICALLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO A CLASS ACTION FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE GIVEAWAY.
8.2. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Company in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

 

9. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to the Company’s privacy policy, which can be found at Privacy & Cookie Policy.

 

10. Sponsor Privacy & Cookie Policy

The Giveaway is sponsored by Tactacam, Inc. with offices located at 1668 Jordan West Rd., Decorah, Iowa 52101.

 

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
11.2. The Company’s failure to enforce any of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
