Giveaway

The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of The United States of America, excluding Arizona, Florida, and New York, who are the age of majority in the state in which they reside. Individuals 14 and above may enter; however, parental consent and release will be required if you are a minor in your state. No one under the age of 14 is permitted to enter. Eligible Entrants are defined below in Section 4. Void where prohibited.

The first 100 eligible entrants that follow “how to enter” rules will receive a Patch Project Hat for the Month you killed your Whitetail Deer in for the months of October 2026 through December 2026, and up to 100 eligible entrants per specified states. *Must submit your Whitetail Deer photo before the end of the month you shot your Whitetail Deer in. If the trail cam photo and harvest photo are of you with a Whitetail Deer, you are an eligible entrant. Winners will receive an email back, being notified that they have won. You are responsible for understanding any specific giveaway rules associated with Facebook or Instagram and complying with them.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

To enter the Giveaway and be considered an “Eligible Entrant,” participants must submit their entry to https://www.tactacam.com/reveal-patch-project and include all of the four requirements (a)-(d) listed below:

Alternative Method of Entry – Without using a Tactacam Cell Camera

You can also be considered an “Eligible Entrant” by taking photographs using any camera of your choice, using the same criteria listed in Sections 4.1 and 4.3 herein, and submitting your photographs via email to patchproject@tactacam.com or mail the photographs to the Company’s address listed below and specify “REVEAL BY TACTACAM Patch Project Giveaway”. You must include your name, address, phone number, date of birth, email and beanie choice.

Criteria for Photographs

The photographs are accepted using the following criteria, each judged equally:

General Patch Project Beanie.

The entry and photographs will be assessed based on the criteria set forth above in Section 4. Meeting the criteria in Section 4 above qualifies the participant as an “Eligible Entrant”.The first 100 Eligible Entrants submitted each month of the General Patch Giveaway Period who choose a general Patch Project beanie will win the general Patch Project beanie.

State-Specific Beanies.

The entry and photographs will be assessed based on the criteria set forth above in Section 4. Meeting the criteria in Section 4 qualifies the participant as an “Eligible Entrant”.

Prizes are one beanie per winner: (1) a General Hunting Patch beanie; or (1) a state-specific beanie. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price of each beanie is $15.50. A total of 900 beanies will be given away: 300 General Patch beanies and 600 State-Specific beanies (100 for each state: Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee).

Prizes are awarded without any warranties or guarantees.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Your odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entrants, you meeting all the requirements set forth in Section 4 and your choice of beanie.

Winners will receive an email notification and the Company will mail the selected beanie to the winner at the address provided in the entry form.

By submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms.

Acknowledgement and Assumption of the Risks. You acknowledge that hunting has inherent risks, hazards and dangers that cannot be eliminated. You assume all risks in participating in the Giveaway including the inherent hazards of hunting such as handling and firing of firearms and the risks of being in a rural area without the availability of immediate professional medical attention. You acknowledge and assume the risks inherent in rugged country, encounters with wildlife and weather extremes.

Indemnification.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, lawsuits, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental and consequential damages) and expenses arising from the Giveaway, including but not limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway, including but not limited to the risks set forth above in Section 8.2.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Company is not responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; a participant's failure to receive prize notices due to participant's spam, junk email or other security settings or for participant’s' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions or failures, lost, or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, misdirected, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; or announcement of the prize(s); or unauthorized intervention. If, in the Company’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Company reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by Company.

Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms, including but not limited to disqualifying any fraudulent, automated or tampered entries. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Company will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the price will remain un-awarded.

Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including errors, technical malfunction, administrative issues or any factor that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination.

Participants agree to receive contact from Company whether by phone, text, or email to verify any of the conditions contained herein. The return of any prize notification email or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Participant may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Delaware. All disputes must be resolved individually in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware, and participants waive any rights to class actions.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

By entering, participants grant Company the right to use their name, likeness, submitted photos, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes, on Company’s website, social media pages or other communication media, without additional compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by lawTo the extent permitted by law, participants waive any “moral rights” or rights of attribution they may have in their entry submission. Entrants agree that Sponsor is not obligated to utilize any entry submissions.

By submitting a photograph, each participant retains ownership of the underlying copyright but explicitly grants Sponsor and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the photograph, in whole or in part, in any media no known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, social media, paid digital advertisements, print collateral, and website displays) for marketing, promotional and commercial purposes, without further compensation, notification, review or approval.

By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that: (i) that the entry and photographs are their own original, independently created work; (ii) the entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in the entry and photographs; (iii) that the entry and photographs do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights or any other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

The Company’s failure to enforce any of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right(s) contained herein.
