    Where do I download the official REVEAL App?
    Head to the Google Play or Apple App stores and look for Tactacam REVEAL–you'll see it alongside our official logo. Once installed, the app is where you will scan your new camera QR codes to activate them.
    How do I purchase a data plan for my new camera?
    1. Open your REVEAL App and select "Cameras"
    2. Select the camera you want to activate
    3. Follow the prompts to Add a Plan; choose between a monthly or yearly option (yearly saves you money), and enter your credit card details, which are then securely stored in the app
    How do I share my camera feed with hunting partners?

    You can easily share imagery from your site without having to give away your login password.

    1. Open the REVEAL App
    2. Find the camera you want to share and open Camera Settings
    3. Select Share Camera
    4. Enter your partner's email address (they must have their own REVEAL account set up). They will get an invitation to view your photos but won't be able to change your settings; there is no change to your plan cost
    What if I only run my cameras during specific seasons?

    If you aren't running cameras year-round, you can pause your plan to stop the billing cycle.

    1. Log into account.revealcellcam.com or visit the REVEAL App and open Account
    2. Click on My Subscriptions
    3. Select a camera and choose Pause
    4. Keep in mind that if you have Xtra, it must be paused separately
    If I pause my data plan for the off-season, does that pause Xtra too?
    No. Xtra is an account feature, not a camera feature. To avoid being charged during the off-season, you must go into your account setting and turn Xtra off separately.
    How do I pause REVEAL Xtra?
    1. Log into account.revealcellcam.com
    2. Head to "My Account"
    3. Locate "Xtra" and toggle it off, then confirm the change

    Note that you will still have access to Xtra until the end of your current billing cycle.

    When I see "Unlimited $13 per month / $120 per year" am I signing up for a year-long commitment?
    Not necessarily. That box displays the options available for that tier. If you are already on a monthly plan and select Change Plan Type, you will remain on monthly unless you specifically toggle the Annual button. The flexibility allows you to scale your scouting based on the season without being locked into a long-term contract.
    My REVEAL 3.0 only shows External Power in the battery center. Is my solar panel actually working?
    Yes. We updated the Battery Center for the 3.0 models to provide a cleaner power report. On these units, the app will prioritize showing the status of your external power source (Solar Panel or Battery Belt) because that is your primary power source. Unlike the 2.0 and older models–which sometimes showed a confusing mix of internal and external percentages–the 3.0 interface confirms that your external connection is active. As long as you see External, your site is drawing power correctly.
    Where do I find specific settings for my camera?

    3. Click to the right of the name on any of the icons
    4. Now you can adjust settings, motion sensitivity, check-ins, and more
